Vice President of Student Affairs
May 2022 – April 2023 | Engineering Society of Queen's University, Kingston, ON
- Executive member and VPSA, overseeing an annual budget of over 2.3 million as part of the Society's upper management.
- Directed a team of directors responsible for communications, clubs and conferences, design, events, first year, governance, and human resources; oversaw supervision of year clubs across first to fourth year. Spearheaded all hiring processes for the Engineering Society of Queen's University, leading an organization of over 1250 student volunteers and employees.
- Streamlined the organizational structure by identifying inefficiencies and executing a strategic reorganization, expanding the leadership team to include 4 Executives and 16 Directors (up from 3 and 15). Achieved by revising critical governing documents, including the bylaws, affiliated group policy, and human resources policy, to position the organization for desired growth in the upcoming years.
- Served on the Advisory Board for the Society's seven services and two corporate initiatives; participated on the Faculty Board, Alma Matter Society Assembly; served as Director on ESARCK; participated in the FEAS Operations Committee, Year Caucus, and Bursary Committee.
- Assumed the role of information officer, responsible for maintaining compliance with FIPPA legislation and the Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use, retention, and disposal of personal information.

Finance Officer
July 2021 – April 2022 | Engineering Society of Queen's University, Kingston, ON
- Established and maintained strong communication and partnerships with the Bank of the Engineering Society and twenty affiliated groups within a multi-million-dollar organization. Validated and approved reimbursement and disbursement requests and compiled month-ends, streamlining the process using Microsoft Flows and Excel.
- Contributed to the development of projects aimed at promoting the long-term sustainability of the organization, including strategic planning for the Engineering Society.

- Assisted students in resolving disputes and provided guidance on personal and academic matters, referring students to appropriate university or community services as necessary.
